Paul Caldicott: Partner; Paul specialises in corporate recovery, restructuring and turnaround work. He advises financial institutions and stakeholders, insolvency practitioners, directors and creditors.

Andrew Campbell: Consultant; Andrew specialises in the resolution of construction, engineering and commercial property disputes by way of negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation.

Lee Fisher: Partner; Lee heads the IP team in Wales, focuses on both contentious and non contentious intellectual property matters and also provides advice on complex commercial disputes.

Sian Jones: Partner; Siân heads the property litigation team and specialises in both commercial and residential disputes.

Stephanie Walls: Partner; Stephanie heads the Thames Valley dispute management team and regularly advises on personal and corporate insolvency litigation, public law applications, applications for emergency relief and commercial/contractual disputes.

Allan Wilson: Partner; Allan specialises in contractual disputes, including securing and defending injunctions of all types and also has extensive experience of high profile and media-sensitive commercial litigation.

Amanda Wooding: Partner & Practice Area Leader; Amanda heads the dispute management group and handles a wide range of complex commercial disputes for major national and international clients.

Stephen Fitzgerald: Recoveries Team Leader; As a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, Steve has spent the majority of his career working in debt recovery.

David Murray: Associate; David is an experienced Litigator advising organisations on disputes of all sizes.

Russell Price: Associate; Russell is a Associate, based in the Dispute Management division of the Cardiff office.

Stephen Schneider: Senior Associate; Stephen is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Management Group, mainly based at the firm's Oxford office.

Joanne Thompson: Associate; Joanne has been with Morgan Cole since 2000 having completed her training with the firm and qualifying in 2002.

Sarah Whittle: Associate; Sarah has been at Morgan Cole since 2000, having trained with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2002.

Joanna Corbett-Simmons: Solicitor; Joanna specialises in commercial disputes, defended debt recovery claims of a substantial value and mortgage fraud cases and has a particular interest in IP matters.

Andrew Davies: Solicitor; Andrew is a qualified solicitor working in the Business Support & Insolvency team.

Ruth Moore: Legal Executive - Fellow; Ruth is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has spent most of her career specialising in recoveries work. She currently handles the defended and complex recoveries cases for one of our major insurer clients.

Allyson Morgan: Legal Executive; Allyson is a part qualified Legal Executive based in the Property Litigation Team in Cardiff.

Claire Pope: Solicitor; Claire is a solicitor in Morgan Cole’s Dispute Management Team.

Catrin Reed: Recoveries Executive; Catrin is a member of the Recoveries Team handling general debt recovery issues.

Nicola Rees: Senior Insurance Executive; Nicola has been a part of our insurance recoveries team for over eight years. Her current role is in the main dealing with defendant Road Traffic Act claims for a key insurer client.

Cathy Wright: Senior Recoveries Executive; Catherine joined our Recoveries Team in 1996 from a Debt Recovery Agency. With a broad recoveries expertise, she now specialises in Road Traffic Act recoveries for our main insurer clients.
