Graham Randall as joint administrator, partner at BDO LLP, Bristol has completed the sale assets of Port Talbot based Excel (Electronic) Assemblies Limited (in Administration) to Leigh-based Ionix (Electronic) Assemblies Limited. This deal also includes the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the Dutch subsidiary Excel Assemblies BV.

Excel designs and manufactures sophisticated wiring harnesses and box-build assemblies used in medical, aerospace, and defence applications. Excel has a number of blue chip customers who participate in these sectors.
