Morgan Cole’s IT Law Group had a frenetic second half of 2008

On the supplier side, we advised on two major central Government projects and completed a significant financial services outsourcing to a well known City based asset management company. We also advised on cutting edge technology issues for a number of suppliers in the web, IPTV, networking and software space.

On the customer side, we continued to advise on contract management issues arising on a major outsourcing for the Welsh public sector and on negotiated and competitive dialogue procurements to a number of local authorities and NHS trusts.

On the personal side, congratulations to Kevin Manship who got married in Cuba and Nathaniel Lane who won three Welsh athletics titles and represented Wales five times, in spite of being involved in six major projects.
