Catherine joined the Morgan Cole Recoveries Team in 1996 having previously worked for a number of years in a Debt Recovery Agency. She is experienced in High Court and County Court proceedings from the issue of a Letter Before Action through to enforcement of judgments. Catherine also has experience in mortgage repossessions, bankruptcy and insolvency, pre-litigation pursuit of debts and negotiating settlements.
