Michael is the practice area leader and a partner in the employment, pensions and benefits group with particular interest in pensions and benefits. He advises private and public sector clients and pension trustees on all issues affecting retirement benefit schemes and related trustee issues. He particularly specialises in scheme mergers and retirement benefit changes.
Michael's wide-ranging experience also includes advice on employee benefits. He advises corporate clients on share options and incentive schemes. In particular, incentive arrangements for key executives and staff, and advising on the share incentive implications on corporate take-overs and mergers.
