With a background in commercial litigation, Liz has specialised for more than 10 years in all aspects of debt recovery. Responsible for developing the business of the team, Liz designs credit control and debt recovery processes for new clients and then monitors service delivery levels to ensure that excellent standards are maintained.

Simon is an experienced debt recovery lawyer with a particular niche in dealing with high value debts and public sector recoveries. Simon is a member of the Institute of Credit Management.

Ruth is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has spent most of her career specialising in recoveries work. She currently handles the defended and complex recoveries cases for one of our major insurer clients.

Nicola has been a part of our insurance recoveries team for over eight years. Her current role is in the main dealing with defendant Road Traffic Act claims for a key insurer client.
