Amanda is an experienced commercial dispute manager, handling a wide range of complex disputes. She regularly advises on breach of warranty claims, in particular on the sale and purchase of businesses. Recent instructions concerned a claim for £3.5 million on the sale of an IT software company, which settled at mediation. She has represented a client resident outside the UK in a partnership dispute valued at £12 million. Amanda has also successfully defended a multi-party multi-jurisdictional £1 million claim relating to the loss of hi-tech equipment overseas which included significant aspects of fraud.
