- delivering our second successful Foundation Course in Competition Law to in-house lawyers and executives in London in June 2008
- advising manufacturers of white goods, musical instruments, tools and cosmetics on distribution strategies and sales channels
- advising a manufacturer of construction materials on competition law compliance
- delivering competition law training seminars to a range of businesses operating in different industry sectors
We also have experience in 'dawn raids' and can provide rapid support in the event of one near to our offices in Cardiff, Oxford, Reading, Swansea and Bristol. Each office has its own "dawn raids" team, comprising senior lawyers who have either experienced dawn raids or received dawn raids training.
