Corporate transaction - February 2009

Our Corporate specialists advised the management team of Chevler Limited, a newly formed company, on its MBO of part of the business and assets of Chevler Packaging Limited (in administration) from the administrators in February 2009. The part of the business acquired was the manufacture of paper packaging and cases for the food industry.
