Rebecca is a highly experienced employment lawyer having specialised in this area for over 14 years. She joined Morgan Cole as a partner in September 2009. She has extensive experience of complex and sensitive matters relating to all aspects of employment law, advising both employers and senior executives, across a diverse range of industry sectors. She provides commercial, strategic advice which recognises the practical realities of the given situation.
Rebecca has considerable expertise of advising at all stages of private and public sector outsourcing and restructuring projects. Such support includes due diligence, evaluation of employment-related risks, drafting contractual documentation, advising on proposed reorganisations and involvement in developing business strategy. She has also handled many multi-party TUPE-related claims arising from corporate projects, utilising her negotiation and advocacy skills. Rebecca enjoys advocating in the Employment Tribunal, mainly for more complicated cases. She also regularly provides HR and management training.
