Morgan Cole has recently completed the drafting and rolling out of the 2009/10 Standard National Contracts for NHS acute, mental health and learning disabilities, community and ambulance services. Gayle Curry led our team of four lawyers (Jason Richards, Toby Tyler, Darren Curtis and Edmund Forey) and she and Jason have worked closely with the Department of Health team speaking at workshops all over England explaining how the contracts work. 

Increasingly they are being asked by PCTs to help them negotiate and manage their contracts and to help them with disputes resolution.
