Chris advises on the negotiation and structuring of projects involving complex contracts: Joint ventures, Public/Private Partnerships contracts, outsourcing agreements, IT contracts and trading agreements. He also advises partnerships and LLPs on their constitutional documents.

His sector expertise includes Health and Social Care, Higher Education and Housing Associations. He draws on his experience from previously being a corporate and then an insolvency lawyer and also his in-house experience with BP Oil International. He advises public bodies and large private sector companies as well as charities, social enterprises and partnerships. He is the liaison partner for several of the firm's key accounts.

Chris was formerly on the Board of the NSPCC Full Stop Campaign in Wales and a Trustee of Fairbridge De Cymru.
