Andrew is the senior partner in the Thames Valley team and has been with the firm for over 30 years, four of those as managing partner of predecessor firm Cole & Cole. He has broad experience of all commercial property transactions with specialisms in investment property and bare development land, options and rights of pre-emption. Andrew acts for many local developers and investors. He also has extensive leasehold experience, particularly in matters of enforcement.
